Now your organization can publicize your event on Eagle Radio and on the Eagle Radio Miller Lite Copper Country Calendar. Simply email us the details - we'll review them, and post them if they meet our criteria. Please be sure to include:
 - Name of your organization
 - Name and type of event
 - Date, time and location
 - Contact information (name and phone and/or email)
 - Your website (if you have one)

General Announcements
In most cases, if you heard an announcement on Eagle Radio, the corresponding information will be on the Copper Country Calendar on the date of the event. In some cases, we also post information on the date of a registration deadline. Some announcements are not calendar-related (they have no specific date), so we post the pertinent information here:

The Angel Mission in Calumet is holding its annual backpack drive through August 19th. They hope to collect 200 backpacks, and fill them with school supplies. New backpacks and supplies may be dropped off at the Mission, at 201 North Fifth Street, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:00 and 2:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 until noon.

Who and what is eligible for the calendar, and for on-air announcements?

Any non-profit, non-political community service group operating in accordance with local, state and federal laws may submit announcements. Events should be open to, and of interest to, the public. We generally do not promote regular, recurring membership meetings. FCC regulations prohibit us from mentioning raffles and similar lottery events on the air unless a state license has been obtained. Announcements are aired at the sole discretion of Eagle Radio, which has no obligation to air any particular announcement.
