Pie Auction

This year's Relay for Life was held at the Houghton County Fairgrounds, instead of at its usual location at Houghton High School, because of construction at the school. Teams of local residents will walked the course for 24 hours, to remember those who have been lost to cancer, encourage those who are fighting cancer, and salute those who are cancer survivors.

This year's relay raised more than $120,000 to boost the fight for a cure. Thanks to all who participated, we're looking forward to next year's Relay.

The Pie Auction is over! We had a great response, and sold almost every pie that was contributed. Thanks to everyone who donated a pie... thanks to Kirkish Furniture for lending us the refrigerators... and thanks to everyone who bought a pie and supported the Relay for Life. We'll see you at the Relay this weekend!
