DESCRIPTION:The Michigan Tech Mind Trekkers\, UP Michigan Works!\, the MiSTEM Network\, and the OneUP Collaborative invite you to participate in the 2024 OneUP Copper Trail Festival\, a STEM and career expo for middle school students! The event will be hosted on Tuesday\, December 10th from 8:30am-2:30pm in the Michigan Tech SDC Varsity Gym. \n  \nWe believe STEM should be accessible to everyone\, and this event is offered at no cost to schools or exhibitors\, but we need your help to make it possible. We invite companies\, nonprofits\, and community organizations to join us in hosting hands-on activities that excite students about science\, engineering\, technology and math (STEM) and its everyday applications. Don’t have an activity on hand? Not to worry! If you have individuals who will volunteer their time\, you can request to borrow a Mind Trekkers demonstration and we will supply all materials necessary. \n  \nYour presence and participation as an exhibitor will inspire hundreds of students and provide your organization with a unique opportunity to showcase educational and career pathways for Michigan’s next generation of workforce talent. \n  \nTo learn more about this event\, and to register your organization\, please visit our website linked below.
