A light dinner is provided. \n  \nTo register call Jaye @906-483-2151 \n  \nPreparing for long-term care involves putting in place specific legal paperwork to ensure your wishes\, both medical and financial are carried out. \n  \nJoin us as we discuss what is needed for long-term care.  We will give an overview of DPOA (Durable Power of Attorney)for healthcare vs Guardianships for long-term care admission.  the remaining time will for Q&A.  We will have Canal View staff available to assist with paperwork\, as able\, in regards to DPOA or Guardianship.  If you have paperwork\, feel free to bring it with you. \n  \n
