PWPL Presents: Friend-raiser Concert – Singin’ the Good Old Songs Again

The Peter White Public Library is pleased to present a special Friend-raiser concert, Singin’ the Good Old Songs Again, on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 6:30–8:00 p.m. in the PWPL Community Room.

Beloved singer/songwriters Jackie Davidson and Gary Brandt bring together timeless classics and original folk tunes in an energetic, crowd-pleasing performance. Davidson, a former member of the Grammy Award–winning group The New Christy Minstrels, has graced stages from The Tonight Show to The Red Skelton Show, performing alongside legends such as Sammy Davis Jr. and Tennessee Ernie Ford. Brandt, an acclaimed folk musician, has toured nationally and appeared on the renowned folk music program The Midnight Special. Together, their warm harmonies and engaging stage presence create a night of music that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

Tickets are $5 each and will be available at the PWPL Circulation Desk starting Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Limit of two tickets per household. A ticket is required for entry.
