PWPL Presents: Halloween Costume Swap

PWPL will be accepting gently used & clean Halloween costumes and dress-up apparel for this swap. Families can attend the costume swap on Saturday, September 12 and look for a new-to-you costume! No admission charge, costumes are all free. Drop off gently used and clean costumes to the Teen Zone or Youth Services from now -September 11. All Costumes will be free of charge.
