May Downtown Connect Meeting
Thursday, May 21
8:00 AM & 12:00 PM
Marquette Commons
This month, we’re introducing a second meeting option at noon at the Marquette Commons in addition to our regular morning gathering. The goal is simple: create more opportunity for downtown businesses to share feedback, help shape direction, and stay informed on the initiatives that affect our downtown.
We’ll be talking through what to expect as we approach the summer tourism season in the face of rising gas prices, and we’ll share a final update on downtown wayfinding before installation begins later this summer.
Downtown Connect is your opportunity to have a direct voice in shaping the future of Downtown Marquette. These meetings are where major decisions are made on community events, initiatives, and development projects that affect us all. Is there something you’d like to see brought to life downtown, or a change you believe would better serve the business community? Please attend, share your perspective, and help us make decisions that strengthen and grow our downtown together.
