Coat the Copper Country. The winter wear drive is underway with collection boxes at local businesses and churches. We are also accepting winter wear and monetary donations at the Angel Mission Free Store, 433 5th St, Calumet, MI 49913. We will offer two days for our initial winter-wear giveaway. The first is for children notified by the schools to participate in the program. Those children had opportunity to pre-register for the program and will pick up items at The Salvation Army in Hancock on Friday, October 24, 4:00-8:00, pre-registration is required.
