Keweenaw’s Got Talent Auditions

The Keweenaw is getting a new stage this spring with the debut of Keweenaw’s Got Talent, a community talent showcase and fundraiser set for Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Rachel Marie Blau Memorial Theater inside the Hancock Community Hub. Inspired by the energy of America’s Got Talent, this first-time event will bring together music, dance, comedy, and creative performances from across the region in a wholesome, family-friendly setting. Br. Guy Consolmagno Presentation of the Stars

Br. Guy Consolmagno, SJ, the former head of the Vatican Observatory, and now current head of the Vatican Observatory Foundation, with a specialty in meteorites, is a Jesuit brother who will come to both Houghton and Chassell for a series of presentations. He will be giving 1colloquium and 3 presentations for the public from February 19-21, 2026. His last presentation on February 21 st will be geared towards children and their families.
