Join us as we share updates on the ongoing work surrounding Native American Boarding Schools and the efforts to seek truth, understanding, and healing.
This gathering will include:
- An overview of the proposed report to the State of Michigan
- Historical background and current finding
- Recommendations on addressing Michigan’s boarding school history
- Open discussion to honor and represent our KBIC survivors and descendants
- Information on survivor outreach efforts to the Michigan Attorney General
