Preparing for long-term care involves putting in place specific legal paperwork to ensure your wishes, both medical and financial are carried out.
Join us as we discuss what is needed for long-term care. We will give an overview of DPOA (Durable Power of Attorney)for healthcare vs Guardianships for long-term care admission. the remaining time will for Q&A. We will have Canal View staff available to assist with paperwork, as able, in regards to DPOA or Guardianship. If you have paperwork, feel free to bring it with you.
