Retreat 2026 Flyer   Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress (UPCAP) will host a Caregiver Retreat on Saturday, September 26, 9:45 am-5:00 pm Central Time (10:45 am – 6:00 pm Eastern) at Fortune Lake Camp, 138 Fortune Lake Camp Road, Crystal Falls, Michigan. This daylong event is designed to provide rest and rejuvenation for non-professional family caregivers from the Upper Peninsula. The day will include structured activities such as a nature hike, an art project and yoga. Other activities such as a caregiver support group meeting, a cooking and nutrition class, and time at the waterfront. In addition, participants can
