Northern Michigan University’s School of Art and Design is hosting its Fall 2025 Senior Exhibition at the DeVos Art Museum. A closing reception is scheduled from 7-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, with an awards announcement at 8 p.m.  This year’s exhibition highlights the work of five students: Grace Matthews and Devyn Clark in graphic design; and Alayna Storey, Shelby Goode and Jaylee Pol in painting. Come join us for a rather easy winter warmup hike. The hike begins at the large parking area across from Wetmore Landing on CR550. The first part of the hike winds its way around a series of snow-clad rock outcroppings, with a few minor hills and a few rocks on the trail.
