Hall of Fame display, NMU dome Program- 6:00 p.m. in the NMU Northern Center   Trade unionists, family and friends will gather to induct: IBEW Local 906 member, Tom Hogan and AFSCME member, Don Maki into the Upper Peninsula Labor Hall of Fame. The inductees are being recognized for their lifelong dedication to improving the lives of working men and women in the Upper Peninsula.

    November 3-29.  Peter White Public Library is once again partnering with the TV6 Canathon to help feed our hungry neighbors. From November 3 – 29, the library will serve as a collection point for food items to help stock our local food pantries. As an added incentive to donate, the library is offering Food for Fines, a program that allows library users to resolve overdue fines with the donation of non-perishable food items. For each non-perishable food item brought to the library’s circulation desk, $1.00 in overdue library fines will be forgiven. There is no limit to the dollar amount
