Dollar Bay Preschool registration is open! Children who will be 4 years old by September 1 are eligible to be a part of this outstanding program. The Dollar Bay Preschool follows the school year calendar, from the second week of September through the first week of June, and class is in session 8:25-3:30 Monday through Thursday each week, with free breakfast, snack, and lunch provided every day. Interested parents can simply go to the Dollar Bay-Tamarack City School website for the links to register. Local 4-year-olds are welcome to join this wonderful Great Start Readiness Program, but there is a cap, so register

“Better Together” will meet on Thursday, July 10 at 9:30 at the Zion Lutheran Church on Ingot Street in Hancock. The speaker will be Andrea Morse of Chassell. Her topic will be, “Distant.”  All area women are cordially invited to attend this fun and inspiring event.  The goal of the gathering is to bring women together to find friendship, support and encouragement.  A brunch will be served and there is suggested donation of $10.  All proceeds over the cost of the event will be donated to local charities.  To reserve a spot, call Barb Worrall at 906-523-4445 or email judyusitalo@hotmail.com For
