• Dollar Bay Preschool Registration is OPEN

    Dollar Bay Preschool registration is open! Children who will be 4 years old by September 1 are eligible to be a part of this outstanding program. The Dollar Bay Preschool follows the school year calendar, from the second week of September through the first week of June, and class is in session 8:25-3:30 Monday through Thursday each week, with free breakfast, snack, and lunch provided every day. Interested parents can simply go to the Dollar Bay-Tamarack City School website for the links to register. Local 4-year-olds are welcome to join this wonderful Great Start Readiness Program, but there is a cap, so register

Worcester, Artist and Chassell Lumberman   7pm – Chassell Heritage Center   In the early 1900s, Worcester owned the Chassell Sawmill and maintained a summer residence until his death in the 1950s.  His main residence was in Chicago where he was a major benefactor of the Art Institute of Chicago.  This talk will explore his ties to both Chassell and Chicago.
