    The community is invited to gather for the 2025 Michigan Tech Parade of Nations on Saturday, September 20, starting at 11:00 a.m. This year’s event promises vibrant cultural displays, music, food, and performances celebrating the many nations represented in the Keweenaw.   🎉 The Parade The parade will begin at the J.R. Van Pelt and Opie Library on the Michigan Tech campus.   • Copper Harbor – Keweenaw Lions Club Fall Superior Cruise

    The Keweenaw Lions Club is now selling tickets for their Lake Superior Cruise fundraiser aboard the Isle Royale Queen IV.  Limited tickets are $30 each and are already selling quickly.  Cruise will depart from the Isle Royale Queen Dock in Copper Harbor, Sunday September 21.  The two hour tour will begin boarding at 1:30pm with a 2:00pm departure.  Destination is weather dependent.  Snacks, coffee and soft drinks will be served on board, BYOB.  For tickets, call Marty at (906) 281-5557.  All proceeds will go toward local charities.   If you are unable to make the voyage but would like to make
