The League of Women Voters of Marquette County will hold its next general membership meeting on Wednesday, January 7th at 6:45 p.m. Social time begins at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Heritage Room on the 2nd floor of Peter White Public Library, 217 N. Front St., Marquette. Starting at 6:30 p.m., participants gather to workshop their current work, followed by an Open Mic at 7:15 p.m. New and experienced poets are welcome for either or both events. No admission charge.
