    Ninth Annual Keweenaw Native Plant Symposium Saturday, April 4, 2026 9 a.m.-noon Zoom The Keweenaw Native Plant Symposium features nationally known pollinator advocate Heather Holm, who will speak on creating soft landings: mini-ecosystems beneath trees that support pollinators.     Saturday, April 4, 2026.  10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Peter White Public Library, George Shiras III Room.  Four mindfulness meditation and yoga teachers invite you to engage in a year of mindful living. Each month, one of the teachers will present a topic that addresses the different dimensions where we can practice mindfulness and presence. The intent is for us to cultivate mindfulness, care, and well-being individually and in our love, business, and social relationships.     Monday, April 6 1 p.m.  In conjunction with Homeschool Hangout, the Negaunee Public Library will hold a graphic novel book club interest meeting at 1 p.m. Monday, April 6. Homeschool and nontraditionally schooled youth (such as online students) ages 10-18 are invited to attend and share ideas, decide meeting dates and times, and choose books for the group to read at this meeting.
