Mediate Marquette and PWPL have collaborated to offer two weekly, in-person mindfulness meditation programs. Sessions will include a combination of talks, seated meditation, and movement practices. The first Fall meeting of the Michigan Association of School Personnel, (MARSP) Houghton-Keweenaw Chapter will be held on Wednesday, September 9th at 12:30 pm at the Bluffs in Houghton. The UP200 is hosting the 10th annual UP200 Dryland Dash on October 10 and 11, 2026! This free-for-spectators event will start at 9am each day at Negaunee Township Park. There will be races for wheeled rigs, scooters, bikes and cani-cross with 1, 2, 4 and 6-dog teams, all competing on a beautiful two-mile loop.
