11:00am                   Strawberry Festival Parade (Registration 9:30am – 10:20am – No Entry Fee) Sponsored by DP Construction and LJJ Construction

After Parade             BBQ Chicken by Chassell Firefighters and First responders

After Parade             Live Music by “Lightning Ridge” in the open pavilion – Sponsored by Keweenaw Petroleum Services

12:00pm – 4:00pm    Chassell Heritage Center Open House

12:00pm – 3:00pm    At the Chassell Beach, The Michigan Tech Great Lakes Research Center (GLRC):  Hands on demonstration on how the Great Lakes are studied by scientists.  All ages welcome!
