What: Life Walk Where: Lower Harbor Park, Marquette When: Saturday June 20 10am-2pm Details: Fundraiser for the Care Clinic The annual Life Walk is a fundraiser for the Care Clinic. It engages churches and individuals in taking pledges and then walking to support our work of supporting families. You can register at www.careclinicmqt.org click on Partner with Us, select Events. In this new programming series, seasoned published authors of various genres lead participants through writing exercises and workshops to hone their writerly talents. June’s Writer: Selah Tay-Song. A fiction/non-fiction writer, Tay-Song will guide writers in balancing interior writing (thoughts, feelings, exposition) with exterior details (sensory description and action) in your narrative prose.
