DeVos Art Museum Northern Michigan University’s DeVos Art Museum will host “North of the 45th,” an annual juried exhibition featuring artists living in Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota locations north of the 45th parallel, which is known as the halfway point between the equator and north pole. Marquette County Habitat for Humanity (MCHFH) invites community members, partners, volunteers, and local leaders to attend a groundbreaking celebrating the start of a new affordable housing development at McClellan Meadows.  The groundbreaking will take place on Monday, June 22, at 10:00 a.m. at the McClellan Meadows development site, located on North McClellan Avenue between Wright Street and West Fair Avenue. The project marks an important step forward in addressing the growing need for affordable homeownership opportunities in Marquette County.
