    Free Oral Health Assessments   WHO:  Anyone 60 years and older WHEN:  August 11, 2026 WHERE:  Ojibwa Senior Citizens @ 10:30am WHAT:  Each participant will have an oral health assessment, including an Oral Cancer Screening – FREE!  No appointment necessary! FREE:  Each participant will also receive free oral health aids (toothbrush, toothpaste, denture supplies, dry mouth products, etc.) PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT:  The Senior Smile Survey is supported by the Delta Dental Foundation.  By participating in this survey you will help Michigan leran more about the oral health needs of its Senior Citizens.  All of your information will be kept

    UP Wild Wilderness Walk Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Gardeners Creek Nature Trail (Gather at the Calumet Waterworks parking lot.) The Wilderness Walks are opportunities to connect with God and each other in an outdoor natural setting.  Each walk has a leader who will guide the walk and stop along the way for readings and reflection.  The walks are appropriate for all ages, including families and children. No religious affiliation is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
