Better Together will meet on Thursday, August 13 at 9:30 at the Zion Lutheran Church on 400 Ingot Street in Hancock. The speaker and special music will be provided by Yvonne Blake of Ontonagon.  Yvonne is a professional recording artist and composer. In addition to her music, she will speak on, “Women Walking With Women.”  Her topic fits perfectly with the goal of Better Together. All area women are invited to attend this fun and inspiring event. Feeding America West Michigan 2026 mobile food pantry distribution Location:  Sacred Heart Church Calumet Category:  Free Community Event Description: A free drive through event at Sacred Heart Church Calumet serving up to 320 households with fresh produce, dairy, grains and other staple food items.  No appointments; no payments; no income verification required. Watch for signs on US 41 and Lake Linden Ave. in Laurium to follow entry and exit of the drive through event.  Volunteers will help direct you and place your food box into your vehicle.
