We will be making Mexican Sopes with refried beans and homemade salsa. This class is gluten free and vegetarian. Very hands-on!   • PWPL Presents: Mustard’s Retreat Concert

Folk group Mustard’s Retreat has been delighting audiences for 40 years.     Learn about Libby and Superiorland Library Coop, library apps offered to patrons. Bring your phone or tablet and learn how to place and manage holds, renew items, and create reading lists. The first half hour will be an overview and the remaining time will be spent assisting with specific questions and answers. Make sure your tablet or device is charged, and you are signed into the PWPL Wi-Fi under your settings menu.

  • PSA – Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshop

    Powerful Tools for Caregivers, a six-week online workshop, designed for the non-professional, informal family caregiver, will be held on Thursdays, March 19 through April 23, from 1:30 – 3:00 pm (Eastern) via Zoom. Research studies find high rates of depression and anxiety among caregivers and increased vulnerability to health problems. Caregivers frequently cite restriction of personal activities and social life as problems. In addition, caregivers often feel a lack of control over events and a sense of powerlessness which can have a significant negative impact on their physical and emotional health.
